Doing it again. LSD and BEKSPC
Long Slow Distance (15 miles) and Bacon Egg and Cheese.
Pequannock High School 0630 Saturday Sept 9th. Park on West Parkway near the track.
All are welcome. Monique did a nice six mile loop. John and Denise did 13. Others did more. You can carve up Pequannock dozens of ways and not get lost.
