Daisy and I are meeting at Ridgewood Duck Pond tomorrow at 7 am for a run, about 4 miles. Anyone interested/able to join?
Eighteen miles makes room for egg sandwiches. Gorgeous morning!

Don't forget to join the Impromptu Runs chat group for, well, impromptu runs. I have an 18 mile long run (about 3.25 hours) this weekend, which I will do Sunday at Pequannock, starting at the high school across from the hospital at 6am sharp. The weather looks much cooler than Saturday.
The area is super flat and easy to carve up for shorter distances. You need to refill the tank so can l recommend the egg sandwiches at the Pequannock Deli. (Also great is JD's in Oakland)
